Interesting list has them:

32. Bill O'Brien (Texans)
31. Ron Rivera (Washington)
30. Bob Quinn (Lions)
29. Dave Gettleman (Giants)
28. Jason Licht (Buccaneers)
27. Ryan Pace (Bears)
26. Mike Mayock (Raiders)
25. David Caldwell (Jaguars)
24. Marty Hurney (Panthers)
23. Steve Keim (Cardinals)
22. Joe Douglas (Jets)
21. Andrew Berry (Browns)
20. Chris Grier (Dolphins)
19. Mike Brown/Duke Tobin (Bengals)
18. Brian Gutekunst (Packers)
17. Jon Robinson (Titans)
16. Les Snead (Rams)
15. John Elway (Broncos)
14. Thomas Dimitroff (Falcons)
13. Rick Spielman (Vikings)
12. Tom Telesco (Chargers)
11. John Lynch (49ers)
10. Brett Veach (Chiefs)
9. Jerry Jones/Stephen Jones (Cowboys)
8. Brandon Beane (Bills)
7. Chris Ballard (Colts)
6. John Schneider (Seahawks)
5. Mickey Loomis (Saints)
4. Howie Roseman (Eagles)
3. Eric DeCosta (Ravens)
2. Kevin Colbert (Steelers)
1. Bill Belichick (Patriots)

Written explanations can be found in article itself - though some don't necessarily make a lot of sense when compared with ranking placements. For example, they were a lot harsher on Dimitroff than Elway yet the former is ranked higher.

How would your lists be different?

Stephen Jones carrying Jerry to a 9 😁

That should really say Will McClay. He does all the drafting/player stuff. Stephen does the contracts - which I think have been a mixed bag. Jerry is just a spokesman/media guy at this point for the most part. Its been that way for 10 years.

Howie Roseman is too high right now. He could definitely bounce back up, but 4 is just overrating him at this moment in time.

I'd put the Cowboys FO above John Schneider I think. Definitely a top 10 front office as much as it pains me to say.

Agreed.

I would still probably have him land in the top 10 probably and top 15 at the worst, but #4 seems a bit rich with some of our drafting, the Alshon restructure, not doing a good job addressing LB/CB (until this offseason), etc.

I know. Rivera shouldn’t be jut listed as the GM either. It is what it is.
