Pettine's Gone, but Outpost is Back

I just have a very strong admiration for coordinators who make what they have work instead of trying to make what they want to happen work.

I feel like there are two types of coordinators:

The type who tries to make players fit their scheme

The type who tries to make their scheme fit their players

I have a strong preference towards the latter, and I think Pettine is the former.

To be fair Pettine’s ability to generate pass rush regardless of who is out there is impressive.

I TOLD ALL OF YOU DON'T TELL ME IT'S A PLAYER ISSUE WHEN YOU PUT WILL GODDAMN ****ING REDMOND IN THE GAME ON THIRD AND ****ING GOAL FROM THE ONE ****ING YARD LINE WHEN THE QB HAS JUST THROWN TWO PASSES ON A 74 YARD DRIVE.

I SWEAR TO ****ING **** I WILL QUIT FOOTBALL IF HE ISN'T FIRED BY MIDSEASON.
