Glen Posted July 20, 2017 Author Share Posted July 20, 2017 I've been drinking a fair bit of Bunratty Mead over the past few months. Its the only thing that our distributors get in around here. But I can't complain as the stuff is absolutely delicious. At room temp its somewhat grainy and has a bite like whiskey, but doesn't burn. Chilled is far smoother and lacks the bite, while really emphasizing the honey aspect. I'd highly recommend everyone at least give it a try once. Considering you can get a 70cl bottle for around $18 its certainly something that can last you a week or two depending on your usage.
