I would say that as of right now he isn’t available, I know it sounds stupid but we don’t have an available replacement for him. Or more to it, his replacement isn’t available yet. We use 3 safeties a lot and might be carrying 5 on the roster. Even though we signed Tavon Wilson, Hooker’s replacement (Julian Blackmon) is still recovering from a torn ACL suffered in the PAC 12 championship in December. Frank Reich did say that we are a couple weeks away from him being taken off the non football injury list Ignoring everything I just said, if Hooker were to request a trade I think Ballard would oblige him and I think because of his injury history and his up and down play I can’t see us getting anymore then a third for him or at best a deal where we throw in a 4th with him to get a 2nd back Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

So I read an article by Thomas Carannante of Horseshoe Heroes about how with Delpit’s injury the Colts might consider trading Hooker to Cleveland.
