SteelKing728
He has to be better than Mannion. I'd take him in Minnesota as the main backup.
Uncle Buck
Come on Vikings. Pick him up. He's a good guy and he still has potential.

All three of those teams have backups that are substantially better than Rosen. Rosen is a dumpster fire. Jacksonville would probably be the only chance he has left. I can understand the argument for Jameis. However, he’s a finished product.

If only there were such a thing as a practice squad in this crazy mixed up world Also, lol at rudolph and duck being significantly better than anyone
JaguarCrazy2832
Geez, I still cant believe Miami who seemed to be tanking traded a 2nd for him. Why was he even drafted Top-10? He was an average prospect

However, I think he has more talent than the likes of Mitch Trubisky and Baker Mayfield. He just hasn't been as fortunate as them when it comes to being surrounded by talent and being given a chance to develop. Josh Rosen is not good enough to overcome bad talent and coaching. However, if you surround him with good talent and a great offensive mind I think he can be a solid starting QB in the mold of a Matt Ryan or Eli Manning. If he was more talented he would be starting in the league instead of now being on the bucs practice squad

candyman93
Tampa is the perfect spot for Josh. Gets to learn under Brady, Arians, and will have a legitimate chance at being developed properly.
ronjon1990
And with that, he goes from one bad team to a tanking team to a team priming for a SB run, great HC, and stability. That, ladies and gentlemen, is called failing upwards. On another note- I pegged TB as a landing spot for him based on scheme going forward. Not gonna lie, I was a bit hesitant since the fit was predicated on Arians' O tailoring to Brady's physical skillset going forward. But hey, cool. Guess we can probably get ready for Byron Leftwitch being their HC in waiting. Good on him, good on Rosen. Best logical fit.
patriotsheatyan
Like with a certain controversial QB, when teams decide you are not a franchise QB, if you are not likeable you will be out a job.

What better judges around the NFL are there than actual professional NFL coaches who have talked to him, seen him drills, seen him in practice, seen his film, etc?
