LOL Oh the mental health of Texan fans would be worth the price of admission...Sorry ET.

Nothing can bring me down right now...

... mostly because of the Valium following the KC game.

Pretty sure the rest of the NFC East is as well considering Dak is going to be getting paid way more than he's worth and will get them the chance to overtake the Cowboys.

Yep. I need them to start losing talent like we are starting to have to.

I think Dak is a really good QB and around the same as Wentz if we are ranking QBs. I would still take Carson barring injury, but I digress.

Cowboys could've chose to extend Dak before the Eagles got the Wentz deal done. I mean we still had the 5th year option in our back pocket.

Even then, they could've got a deal done after Wentz for a little more and still couldn't get that done.

Wentz signed for 4 years/128 million which comes out to an average of 32 million per year.

Cowboys could've got Dak for 31-33 million depending on if they did the deal before or slightly after Carson.

Why they couldn't get it done? I have no clue.

Now, Dallas will need to pay Dak 38 to 40 million like Watson when they didn't have to.

I doubt Dak takes less then Watson gotta be 41 a year.

Maybe... I have a feeling Dallas will just tag him again though.

Probably hopefully Dak just holds out this time.

He definitely deserves the long term contract, so I agree that he should if they balk at his asking price.

Nice job Houston.

Now it’s time to extend your HC/GM to match the length of his deal, Kansas City style.

Does anyone else get extended before the tag? Because that won't be cheap either.
