OBJ (v Cincy) or Deebo (v NE)

ppr league

OBJ. Far more talented WR and already put up like 20 points against Cincy this year. Deebo goes against DPOY Stephon Gilmore and the Niners are just as much of a running team as Browns. OBJ is Browns top target whereas Kittle is that guy for Niners.

My gut says I’m screwed either way lol

Then your gut ought to be focused less on expected points-given-up (you're likely going to get lit up regardless of which of those two you start) and more on expected/likely sacks, turnovers, and (to a lesser extent because they're difficult to predict) defensive scores.

Pick 1 in a standard scoring...

Jimmy Graham @ Rams
Tyler Higbee vs Bears
Eric Ebron @ Titans
Logan Thomas vs Cowboys
David Njoku vs Benals (Hooper ruled out)

Might just treat the TE position like I do the kicker position. I have Higbee and Graham on my roster with Goedert in my IR slot.

With Emmanuel Sanders and Michael Thomas surprisingly out for the Saints,

Should I pick up Tre'Quan Smith (vs Panthers) and start him over Laviska Shenault (vs Chargers)? (Half PPR)

I would yes
