This is a guy who made All Pro with QBs such as Brian Hoyer, TJ Yates and Tom Savage as his QB... QB quality doesn't matter for Hopkins, he's going to produce at a very high level. Also - the entire trade was predicated with an extension before anything was done. So, this was always part of the discussion, you were extending Hopkins before he played a snap...
