So who are the most in packful top 5 players at this time other than of course Lawrence?

Since it appears that we do have that chance that get a top 5 pick just wondering

Looks like some combo of:

Fields (QB), Sewell (OT),  Parsons (LB),  Chase (WR), Lance (QB), Surtain (CB) and Rousseau (DE)

I'm all aboard the Parsons train. He's a dynamic player.

I'd love for us to somehow get a middle first round pick to late, to add Creed Humphrey

Sewell would be amazing. Would save Tyron's last few years to move him inside. His feet are nowhere near as fast as they once were.

Surtain is a tremendous blend of man cover ability and zone cover skills, would not be against that pick but prefer a different position.

Parsons could literally play any where he wants on this defense and probably be an upgrade.

Lots of options will be available when this picks. And its best option will be to trade that pick.

For Mike Vrabel.

Tennessee isn't trading Vrabel.

If I were them, I wouldnt either.

But no one thought Oakland would trade Gruden. So maybe. But likely not.

A dude can wish though.

Forget who it was, it was before i left for my health hiatus and before Vrabel was in Tennessee. Maybe Desperado? But he and I had a back and forth about how cool Vrabel would be as our new HC. Sure enough, he has done a great job in Nashville.

Didn't see anyone mention Fields and one only for Lance. are they that much of a drop-off from Lawrence?? I am not advocating Dallas to draft a QB, or not to, just wondering out loud.

Fields looked great yesterday. Just needs to work on being more consistent with his accuracy and ball placement.

Haven't watched much of Lance, but Fields looks like a stud for sure.  Love his arm.

Not sure it's a huge drop off from TL to JF. But, I do think the floor on Lawrence is quite a bit higher right now generally speaking.

Yes you mentioned he is in the top 5, but that didn't lead me to believe that anyone ON HERE believes he can/should be our pick!! re -read other responses, including your post

"Our best case scenario is to end up with the #2 pick, with Jax ending up with like #8ish. Then they can give us both their first rounders for Fields."

Lawrence is the only QB I'd want in place of Dak.
