But I can't write off all of his success based on that either though because alot of those plays are him and him alone. I guess we'll find out more in the future if this season was just a scam. Nevertheless, we could have kept his 5th year option open for 13M this year or extended him for less. That's only a 7M difference than we are paying Quinn this season on a 5 year contract and would've been much more impactful. At the time, I don't know if I would have extended him but I certainly wanted to keep him for this year.
