NateDawg
Ravens defense doesn’t look scary.
NateDawg
The AFC North is going to be a marathon this year. It’s going to come down to divisional games. Baltimore and Cleveland are going to be like this all season long, both have their weaknesses and I don’t think there is a clear leader. The Bengals are in the mix, and Pittsburgh is lurking. Bengals could end up being very good if they get a respectable head coach. Pittsburgh's offense is putrid, but their defense is going to be good enough to keep them in plenty of games. Still think Baltimore's the favorites. I'd like our chances if we could get healthier and/or be more consistent on both sides of the ball. Yeah one difference right now between Baltimore and Cleveland is in a two minute offense in the 4th they look highly competent and unphased. NateDawg
Teams always miss the kick against Baltimore for some reason.

Even with Lamar's running and escapability it's going to be rough for them in big games against talented rush units. It's also hard to know how sustainable the rushing success of Devonta Freeman, Latavius Murray and Tyson Williams will be especially given the that Murray and Freeman's leg. Ravens defense has little depth at all and is very cheeky. If injury holds from this point on for all teams, Browns have to be the favorites. Lamar's ballin though so and the coaching is great so they'll be a tough out per usual.

Really interested/excited to see how we do against them with Garrett, Clowney (if he's healthy) and JOK.
Empire Lies
The NFL has to have a sky judge man. Jack Doyle with the scumbag blow push to the head of Tavon Young after the plays over then flops on the retaliatory push. At worst, the penalites should've offset .. at best Doyle gets thrown from the game. Sky judge would've easily been able to overrule that phantom PI on AJ Green call that screwed the Browns. If the Colts made that FG b/c of the added penalty yards, they wouldn't have deserved that opportunity. They have to sky judge it next year. This stuff is ridiculous

Alejandro Villaneuva and/or Patrick Mekari as Tackles against Garrett or Clowney will be wild Reportedly, Staley's might be like Hubbard's injury where his injury could see him back in a few weeks but there's a strong thought that he might have to have surgery and it might be a season ender. Their interior OLine has cheek spots as well.

Empire Lies
Lamar Jackson will stay inaccurate and keep missing throws. Doesn't matter most of the time b/c his playmaking passing and running still allows him to take over games. In big moments, he's a force, and his rushing ability buys him and the offense time to keep the downs resetting until he can regain accuracy and playmaking via the pass. He's a baller. Tough tough competition for years to come. The Ravens don't have the quality young core around Lamar due to not having the high draft capital like the Browns. Their roster is going to fall off steeply soon after Lamar signs his massive contract b/c they're going to be selecting too low. On Defense: Marlon Humphrey, Patrick Queen, Odafe Oweh, Tavon Young ... that's it in terms of the quality young talents. On Offense: Mark Andrews, Lamar Jackson, Ronnie Staley, and to a lesser extent Marquiss Brown and JK Dobbins if he can return healthy. The rest of their roster is aging and their cap situation is going to be rough at some point soon. They are really outperforming the quality of their roster. Unless they start hitting in the draft, it's going to be put all on Lamar even more and that's not sustainable at all. Browns are in the more sustainable winning position. JDD
Lamar is the only player I’ve seen play 2 quarters like he doesn’t belong in the league to then play the last 2 quarters like the MVP.
