ninjapirate
Our doctors are competent again! Jalen Reagor actually healed in the short end of the time frame instead of 6 weeks after the long end. Time to go fast. ninjapirate
Carson Wentz is hot garbage.
Jeezla
As soon as Carson gets hit 7 times, he completely falls apart.
Danger
The Offensive Line is a massive problem. No excuses for today. Carson was doing well and getting through the pressure, but then his mentality just broke after he threw the pick. Just gotta hope for better next week. I don't think the play calling was as bad as it's been at other times. I think Carson held onto the ball too long as the game went along, trying to do too much. But, I feel a lot of the onos falls on the Offensive Line and/or blocking coordination.

Carson holding on to the ball too long is his thing. It didnt work today because i dont think he slipped out of a single sack.

No but he can run away from defensive lineman and not just duck down and let them hit him.
RandyMossIsBoss
This really might be worse loss of DP's tenure. Season opener against a BAD team, and you manage to get extremely favorable 17-0 lead... and you blow it, and end up getting crushed. Not even a chance to comeback and win, that's how bad you lost. "But we were injured!"... Whose fault is that? Pederson and the entire staff need to go. Injuries are somebody's fault, not sure who exactly, so might as well clean house. Time to rebuild. We've been good legit once in Pederson's 4+ year tenure, the additional 2 playoff seasons were 100% due to being in a joke of a division and winning flukey games. It was fun, especially last year's little streak, but it leads nowhere. We haven't built off of anything since 2016. We have been at a stalemate as an organization. We're stuck with Wentz at least a few more years. Even after that debacle, I still think Wentz is top 8-12 QB. However, I'm not satisfied with that, why settle for anything less than an elite QB in this league? Keep looking until you find one that will set your franchise up for 10+ years. Can you win without that elite QB? Of course, but that doesn't mean you stop looking. On that end, I can appreciate the Hurts pick even though I am simply not a fan of the prospect. Over the years I see Drew Brees, Brady, Rodgers, Manning, Mahomes, Wilson and all I can ask over the past decade is why not us? Why can't we have that at QB? With a full healthy offseason and good weapons I thought this was the year Wentz would show us can be that guy, an elite QB of our own, but it's hard to picture that materializing after what we just saw. Have any of the QBs I mentioned ever had a game like this? If so, under what circumstances? It is unique circumstances w/ Covid, so he could surely shut me up if his last 12ish games are money, but like I said, not a good start. You’re ruining your own week before it’s starting.

RBreezy
Wentz isn't that great. It's year five and he's still making rookie mistakes.
