OBJ doing OBJ things is expected, as long as he's healthy. Wyatt Teller becoming Larry Allen was not expected, but I do recall saying we had nothing to worry about at RG.
mtmmike
Sorry guys when was the last time we had 2 1000 yard receiver in back to back years. Also this is the first time the browns have had 2 hof receivers on the field at the same time.

Landry and OBJ still have a lot to prove before they are both considered HoF WRs. Browns have to win at least 1 SB for that to happen.  if the browns could win a Super Bowl, prolly would see 4 HoF players from this roster. (Garrett, Baker, OBJ, and Jarvis). Could see others depending on how careers go for Ward and Chubb

And 1k catches or close to it.  Jarvis will be lucky to make it on the other hand. All he has is a bunch of catches early in his career. candyman93
Obj needs to keep racking up 1000+ yard seasons and 8+ TDs.

mtmmike
At there 5th season Landry has more receptions then anybody ever at this point his career. But that does not matter because you say if I don't like him he is not going to make the hot. Remember 2 years ago when I said Landry would have his best year ever. I watched Fred Bileknitkopf who is in the hot and Landry is better.

The way OBJ has played the past few years he has no shot without no post season success. He would have to go on a freak tear to make it in with no post season success. If he is a part of the reason the browns won a title, it would for sure get him in. Won’t be fire ballot but could get in. Pro football reference has a pretty good HoF predictor. OBJ and Jarvis from they are not on a HoF path but more so on the Hall of really great path  early years were great and was on pace for the HoF but he has greatly Deviated from that Edited October 8, 2020 by buno67
