NeptunePenguins
The Jags win the AFC South Carson Wentz is a fraud Wilson has the highest QB rating ever in a season and still finds a way not to win the MVP The Packers go 14-2 while having the number 1 seed and lose in the NFC Championship game in blow out fashion to some random team that no one is talking about right now.
blizofoz45
Best nickname of the season: Crappolo I know week 1 isn't technically finished as of this writing but right now I'm picking this nickname to go the distance.
warfelg
I got one for y'all: Chargers are going to show Rivers was the problem, not the team.

Unless he winds up like every other knob slobbed "will be elite in the NFL, guaranteed" QB to go in the top 10 over the last 15 years.... Mayfield, Darnold, Allen, Rosen, Goff, Wentz, Winston, Mariota, Bortles, Griffin, Tannehill... Luck*, and Mahomes are the only two in a long while that come to mind, and Luck had his time as a turnover machine while Mahomes was a giant ?. I don't buy hype anymore when it comes to QB's.  That being said, the big "busts" of the list above are Darnold, Winston, Mariota, and maybe Mayfield. The rest had holes picked in their game. Has anyone ever studied the effects of "super classes" in CFB recruitment on QBs? Do QBs now get more hype from playing with great talent on a select few teams while their competition is typically far below? Anyways, hot take time: The Jags win their division and Minshew sets completion-td and completion % records. El Ramster
Baker will be fine. One bad week won’t be the end all be all.
BroncoSojia
The Jets will never prosper and their fans need to stop following the team.

If you watched the CIN/LAC game you wouldn't be saying that. He was pretty bad.
RBreezy
Wentz has a losing record and gets shut down at the end of the year due to injuries. Jalen Hurts comes in and the team performs exponentially better as they goes on a winning streak.

MD4L
Not a hot take but I think Johnathan Taylor has a great opportunity to win rookie of the year. He was solid in the receiving game which was a major red flag in his evaluation.

I don't understand this "over reaction" Chargers offense did not look good From what I saw, rivers looked fine. I definitely intend to rewatch that game though

Rivers wasn't impressive either with the Colts, so there's that.
