JohnChimpo
Watching The Silence of the Lambs...again. Definitely one of the best film adaptations of a novel of all time.
Bowler1215
The Peanut Butter Falcon was great. Good acting and directing all around. One of the best I've seen this year 10/10 Also rewatched Eight Legged Freaks. That was just silly fun, a pure guilty pleasure. 7/10

He just oozes contempt for the material and at Mark Wahlberg as an actor. He openly is mocking the movie the whole time throughout If I'm not mistaken, I think he was contractually obligated to do another movie for the studio and they made him do that. I can understand why he'd be upset

thrILL!
Shang Chi was doper than I expected. I could’ve done without Trevor but really enjoyed it otherwise. Prolly more than a bunch of MCU films.

MacReady
Still boycotting Marvel. Give me X-Men or I don't want anything to do with the MCU. Although it's gonna be pretty hard to ignore Spider-Man and Dr. Strange movies.
Bowler1215
Red Notice was a lot of fun. It's a typical cops and con artist movie but Dwayne Johnson, Ryan Reynolds and Gal Gadot were all good in it. Mindless escapist fun. 7/10
Fresh Prince
The harder they fall could’ve been so much better. Had a great soundtrack and good action, but the story was a bit of a letdown.

After I saw his quote recently, I lost any interest I had in reading the book. Lol. I saw the movie years ago. I highly doubt Thomas Harris would say the same thing about The Silence of the Lambs though, nor should he. I listened to the audiobook last year after seeing the movie multiple times, and as much as I love the movie, the book is as good or better.
