THE DUKE
Minions: The Rise of Gru was solid for what these movies are. I'd definitely have it above the first Minions and probably above Despicable Me 2 & 3. Young kids loved it, my teens still enjoyed it and it had few good laughs from me as well. Fresh Prince
John Carpenters Vampires solid flick for what it was. First Daniel Baldwin film I’ve seen Edited July 5, 2022 by Fresh Prince
Fresh Prince
The Quick and the Dead was a good but, they miscasted stone, and leo.
opeth0500
The Bear. Really good show so far and really fast paced. Reminds me of uncut gems style Pacing but in a kitchen.
TVScout
I highly recommend Upgrade the movie. The producers intentionally cast a bunch of skilled but relatively unknown actors so that the directors could focus on the story instead of the egos. The best way I know to describe it is Spoiler what happened when Siri became Sky Net.
RaidersAreOne
Just finished the new Bond. I wasn't a fan of the villain whatsoever but it was a solid move to wrap Craig's Bond up.
THE DUKE
The Old Guard was very meh. Felt like a lot of wasted potential with the premise.
THE DUKE
Mission: Impossible is so so good. Never gets old. Mission: Impossible 2 is such a step back, John Woo really bungled it imo.
KManX89
I just watched Harold and Kumar: Escape From Guantanamo Bay for the first time in ages. The first 15-20 minutes are hilarious shyt, especially the plane scene (I LOL'ed at "HE SAID HE GOT A BOMB!" ROFLMAO 😅), then after that, it fizzes out. It's a solid comedy with some funny moments, but nothing I'd want to go back and rewatch over again. Edited July 10, 2022 by KManX89

I actually enjoy it just to laugh at how over the top corny it is.

It establishes the Ethan Hunt character for the entire franchise. 2 is decent, but you could skip it and not really miss anything.
THE DUKE
MI2 is basically Tom Cruise dodging 8 machine guns simultaneously about a dozen times by going in circles. That and John Woo's dove fetish
