And by far one of the worst second half teams in the NFL. The one thing I noticed with Gruden and JMD is how conservative Carr would get in the 2nd half. Several games last year, he just stopped targeting Adams in the 2nd half. I honestly think he gets in his head about not turning the ball over and plays small with a lead. Total team failure. I agree. Sadly a handful of mistakes from several key individuals caused consistent failure (4 losses after holding double digit leads). No way we can place this all at the foot of one player. I mean what one player on our team is involved in coaching, playing offense, and playing defense? None of them. You have to take a chance here and there though. Otherwise you're a turnstile of 1 year contract guys who get replaced with more 1 year contract guys the next year.
