KingOfNewYork
They wouldn't trade him unless its clear they aren't winning this year. They're 1-0 right now.
sammymvpknight
The Saints somehow have $8 million in cap space after restructuring/extending Demario Davis. With Thomas potentially being out 4-6 weeks with a high ankle sprain (though he hopes to play much sooner), I wonder if the Saints would try to get Robinson to take over that role while Thomas heals up. It's not like the Saints couldn't use him after Thomas gets back...Thomas and Robinson out wide with Sanders in the slot could be a dreadful trio to face. Seems like his gripe is being undervalued - and paying a top 10-15 guy $8mm would qualify as undervaluing him. ($8mm is where Kenny Stills and Marvin Jones are, good for a tie on 33rd among WRs - Robinson is significantly better than both). Robinson is currently at $14mm (16th among WRs) and that's the figure he's not pleased with. He's got a case to be in line with a guy like Brandin Cooks or Mike Evans, both in the top 10 region with about $16mm per. $16.5mm would be a reasonable value, IMO. He shouldn't be getting more than guys like Tyreek or Thomas...
