I think we got 32 free throws in a entire playoff game once. Didn’t break 20 in most  of them. This idea that Houston gets all these bad calls is fake news

That's because Harden was getting double teamed by the Lakers. If they werent doubling him he would of been driving to the basket and getting foul shots.

Officials canceled Jokic out tbh

I said before the series. Lakers are a very tough matchup for the Nugs. Super athletic attacking the rim. We struggle to protect the rim. Nugs will adjust

Officials did nothing. Dwight Howard cancelled out the Joker by making him get stupid fouls. Murray as well. They showed their inexperience last night

Incorrect. But, yeah, you will always have to deal with biased officiating when you get the Lakers. It’s to be expected and you gotta overcome it. But the calls last night to put Jok in foul trouble crippled the game. The refs need to be better.

It’s hard to complete with poor shooting from role players, pathetic transition defense, hordes of turnovers, atrocious officiating, & an immovable object named Dwight. Jokic couldn't even play with his foul trouble. Everything that could've gone wrong went wrong.

Murray & Jokic: 58% FG, 60% 3PT
Everyone else: 46% FG (that's including pointless good shooting late), 29% 3PT

The good news is that teams who win too easily usually have a let down next game.

The most aggressive team is the one who gets the calls.  The Nuggets don't want to see us in the paint.  Simple as that.

Why does everyone complain about officiating in a loss?  Denver is dead last in FTA per game in the playoffs at 19.7 FTA per game.  The Lakers are fourth at 25.6 FTA per game.  The Nuggets average 22 fouls per game while the Lakers average 22.3 fouls per game.  The Nuggets' defense gives up on average 24.1 FTA per game while the Lakers give up 25.5 FTA per game.  In last night's game, the Nuggets had 26 fouls which led to 37 FTA.  The Lakers had 28 fouls which led to 28 attempts.  23 of the 37 FTA came from Anthony Davis and Dwight Howard combined.

Simple but incorrect. The disparity (especially the 2nd quarter) was not from the Lakers getting hacked on drives, which anybody watching could tell you. Most of the fouls weren't even on drives, so you're just saying nonsense.

Somehow no one complained after all Denver's other losses. I wonder why that is 🤔

The refs gave the Lakers the benefit of the doubt. It's baked in. That's not why they lost, but that doesn't mean the refs were good.

When did I say anything about drives?

Meme away but the refs were ****. But at least we can agree that LeBron will use his whiny face even when he gets his way.

26 fouls - Nuggets

28 fouls - Lakers

And, y'all gifted us an extra free throw with that technical.
