They aren't tanking, they just went young. Only guys who actually hurt to lose were Bouye and Campbell (bad contracts) and Yan (wouldn't sign here/bad relationship). Washington looked like... well, a Football Team, which is a clear improvement over last year. But are they actually good or just feasting on the injury-riddled Eagles? Will the Rams continue to contend in a division with the Seahawks and Niners, and what about Murray and the Cardinals (who have a legit shot at being the best last-place team in the league)? Yeah the Cardinals are really ascending quickly, and it's just a matter of how quickly that offense can start to really click before they start winning a lot of games.
