Notable Stats and Observations

going back to tom brady's first super bowl victory, most quarterbacks to represent their teams in the big game were either drafted by that team or got their first start there. all of them aside from:

-rich gannon with oakland

-brad johnson with tampa bay

-matt hasselbeck with seattle

-kurt warner with arizona

-drew brees with new orleans

-peyton manning with denver (x2)

so unless you're trading for a future HOF quarterback it's very very unlikely you're going to get to the big game with a quarterback you got in free agency or traded for, alex smith has a very good chance to buck this trend.

The Bears first pass play of 30+ yards was on a fake punt.

Bears rookie TE Adam Shaheen has one catch all year.  His only catch was a TD and it was the only game the Bears won

Monday nights game The Vikings won the coin toss.  The Bears won 15 straight coin tosses before that, including overtime.

Id put it Hunt then fournette then Watson.

Fournette is litterally the jags offense.  Faces loaded boxs on the daily. Still churns out positive yards when if it was say Chris ivory it would be maybe 2 fournette gets you like 3.5-4.

Fournette has averaged like three yards per carry, excluding his big run. It's not like he's been averaging four or five yards each rush.

If you watched the jags most of the yards come after contact. Its kinda ironic u wanna throw the long run out where the steelers loaded the box and fournette literally ran untouched for 90 yards.

If the jags didnt draft fournette they probably arent 3-2 with the leagues largest point differential.

His average isnt the greatest but hes averaging close to 110 yards a game and 1.2 tds.  Clearly thats worth consideration of rookie of the year.

Also if u want to compare hunt and fournette against a common opponent(texans) fournette averaged 3.85 to hunts 3.69 per carry but fournette scored a td and hunt did not.  Fournette also has the receiving advantage with 3 for 24 yards while hunt was 3 for 9.

U can throw out that new England game cuz new england d is beyond dead.

The rule of thumb is you take out the longest and the shortest (most negative run) and that's your true average.

He's around 3.5-3.6 YPC honestly.

And he's doing that with 8 man fronts cuz teams dont respect our pass game. Hes litterally the only good skill guy on offense

Only two teams have a better record over the past 16 regular-season games than the Dolphins (12-4); the Patriots (13-3) and Chiefs (13-3).

Your QB is Jay Cutler.. Let that sink in before you go propping them up again.. Reported.

You confuse me, sir.. the Dolphins have looked like a top-16 team for roughly 3 quarters this season. Which is what makes that stat so interesting ^_^
