I have the first two books of the Stormlight Archive but have just been sitting on them to let more come out before I really start to invest time in them. I hate waiting for the next book Stormlight Archive is fantastic. And it's the series where Sanderson starts to reveal more of the underlying "Cosmere" universe in which all of his books are set. The planning that has gone into creating such a cohesive body of work is stunning. I love that all of the different magic systems on the different world's, while all different, are based on a set of physical laws that underpin the Cosmere. I read the first book in the series a while ago and enjoyed it, but it’s been years and figured I’d start again from scratch and power through the books a few at a time. I haven’t done much research about the Cosmere itself but I’ve heard it mentioned a bunch. The magic system in Mistborn is just so original and the character development was top notch. Just such good writing.

Daniel
Finished A Separate Peace last night, and I liked it. Not a lot happens, I agree, but it's a well written book, and short enough so that it doesn't become boring. Different strokes for different folks I guess. Started on The Well of Ascension too. So far so good. I enjoyed the first book, and so far the second seems to be just as well crafted.

I still like it a lot, it's just going at a slower pace!
PARROTHEAD
Want to check out this series. Passage to the Abyss was due out first quarter of 2020. Anyone have a way of finding a date on it for me? Cant seem to find anything more on it.
Ty21
Ahh I just finished the stand after a month. It’s not common for a Stephen King book to have an okay ending but this one did
Ty21
Does anyone on here use audible or have before? Their info is really vague. It says you get 1 free book to start your service but how does the service work? You get to take out one book per month? Or is it an audiobook library where you can rent whatever you want whenever but don’t own it
