Giants signing RB Devonta Freeman

Recommended Posts

There you go. #Giants are landing FA RB Devonta Freeman, pending tests. And he’ll have more than enough opportunities to re-establish himself.

Probably the best available option at RB, but that's not saying much.

It will be tough sledding behind this Giants offensive line.  The good news for Freeman is that he's not going to draw as much attention from the defense as Saquon did.  He might have some lighter boxes to run against.

I'm sure the Giants won't even notice a difference

If Barkley looks pretty meh behind the Giants OL I can't get too excited about Freeman (though I own him in a fantasy league because I had an extra roster space).

Maybe Saquon Barkley should just walk away from the game.

To be that injury prone at RB.....it's just not going to work out for him in the long term.

Another "free" man nyuk nyuk

Honestly I think Gallman will emerge as the guy that gets the lions share eventually. He's had some success in the past in spurts. It really doesn't matter who has it though if the Oline can't even create a single running lane.
