squire12 Posted September 23, 2020 Share Posted September 23, 2020 Interesting league setup and wondered what posters thought on Saquon Barkley's value. 12 team, 0.5 ppr, 24 player roster + 4 taxi squad. Starters QB, 2RB, 3WR, TE, 2 flex, 1 SUPER Flex salary cap mirrors the NFL, so 2020 is $198M. players can be on 1-4 year length contracts. Rookies have a set salary based on draft pick. league has Franchise tags, RFA tags and 2 other FA auctions for veteran players. Barkley has 2 years remaining on his contract. 2020 is $4.0M and 2021 has $14M (all rookies are 3 year contracts and first round picks have an owner option for a 4th year that is 50% of the players positional franchise tag at that time). ....................SO.............. What would you value Barkley in trade value in this set up? This year is obviously gone, and next year is an unknown and he is not longer significantly cheap, though the $14M is a good deal assuming he returns to form.
