Leader Posted October 10, 2020 Share Posted October 10, 2020 (edited) The NYY were trying to pull this thing off with a pitching staff of smoke and mirrors. It became Cole and nobody. Tanaka can have his moments but his stuff is underwhelming and he hasnt given us a solid stretch of games for years. We severely missed starters Sevy, Paxton, Germain and Kahle in the bullpen - but the organization didnt replace any of them with a bonafide arm.
