Total O-line replacement, has it ever happened?

Has a team ever dumped all 5 guys from the offensive line from one season to the next? Not from injury, not from regime change, just...change for the sake of upgrading a weak offensive line. All. Freaking. Five. I can't find any stats on this.

Asking in regard to the Dolphins' o-line which has 4 new starters this year compared to last year, two rookies and two vets.

Of course a regime change could bring in a massive o-line player swap but Miami has the same coach this year as last year so that's not the reason. It's still 4 new starters out of 5 which is pretty wild to see at the pro level. Maybe even a small chance the lone holdover (RT) could get replaced by small-school raw rookie (Robert Hunt...Ragin' Cajuns stand up!) which would then be all-new 5 guys, like a hamburger joint.

The Broncos of 2014 and 15 came pretty close:

(1) LT: Clady started all 16 games in 2014, but he missed the 2015 season due to injury, and they had Ty Sambrailo as their opening day LT. He got hurt after three games, and Ryan Harris (former Bronco who they brought back) started the rest of the season there.

(2) LG: In 2014, they moved Orlando Franklin from RT to LG. He started all 16 games there, and then moved on to the Chargers in FA. In 2015, the Broncos brought in Evan Mathis from the Eagles, and he started 12 games there.

Center: Manny Ramirez and ex-Redskin Will Montgomery held down the fort for Denver at the pivot in 2014, but they weren't brought back, and the Broncos replaced them the next year with 2014 sixth-round pick Matt Paradis.

RG: Louis Vasquez was the lone holdover, but rookie Max Garcia may have seen some time at that position as well.

RT: In 2014, they had a revolving door, with Chris Clark, Paul Cornick, and Louis Vasquez all playing. In 2015, Ryan Harris started there, but moved to LT when Sambrailo got hurt. Michael "turnstile" Schofield replaced him.

(1) The Broncos almost traded for Joe Thomas at the 2015 trade deadline, but he decided to stay in Cleveland.

(2) Denver was looking at Richie Incognito at mid-season in 2014, but Elway decided not to sign him. If he had, maybe Franklin would have been moved back to RT.

Also, they had more wholesale turnover on the O-line in 2016. Clady moved on to the Jets, and they replaced him with Russell Okung. They also replaced Schofield at RT with Donald Stephenson, another turnstile. Schofield and Garcia became the starting guards after Evan Mathis left to join the Cardinals and Vasquez retired (he didn't play again after 2015). They also had three new linemen in 2017 as well (Bolles, Menelik Watson, Ron Leary).

I just looked it up and according to FootballOutsiders, the 2003 line was actually not that bad. They ranked 11th in adjusted line yards in the running game, and 10th in pass protection. The '04 line was 4th in pass pro, but fell to 17th in adjusted line yards.
