If ppl wanna argue we dont have any or enough talent for him all i gotta say is Carson Wentz last night beat the 49ers team that manhandled us with WRs Travis Fulgham, Greg Ward Jr and Richard Rodgers.. And ya your all saying who? who and who?... Oh and also Wentzs oline was minus both starting tackles, starting right guard and even bad play by his center. This is because franchise QBs are able to lead their teams even if the supporting cast isn't over the top capable. Jones isn't a franchise QB. He wont be our starter for much longer after this season is over.

If you want to say the Eagles beat the 49ers that is one thing. To say Wentz beat the 49ers is something else. The Eagles only won by 5 points. When a defense gets 5 sacks, 3 turns overs and scores a touchdown, I am going to say the defense played a large part in that win. If our defense did all of that in any of the games we have played, we would have won that game.

You can't compare Daniel Jones to Wentz. Wentz is in his 5th season and has been in the same offensive system for all 5 years. Daniel Jones is in his second season getting used to a new offensive system. Plus even the Eagles don't believe Wentz is a franchise QB. If they did they would not have drafted a QB with their second round pick.

Ya and Wentz did something with no names that Jones just cant seem to do, he led them downfield. Jones is just not getting the job done PERIOD. U wanna say the defense played a large part in that game for him (Wentz) and had ours done that in a few games this season we would've won. If thats the case howd we lose the Rams game?  How about the Bears? Our defense gave a us a chance to win those 2. And who essentially couldnt seal the deal? JONES. Had we won those 2.. wed actually be in 1st place in this pitiful division. Jones is just not the answer for this club. He has yet to prove he is capable of being the best player to pilot this offense. The turnovers alone are going to be his demise. He is gonna end up like Jameis Winston. Hell wow u at times and then hell just have so many turnovers that those wow moments are irrelevent. He's gonna end being a decent backup QB. A starter long term? Nope. Heres to hoping for Trevor Lawrence. Im just not seeing the maturation, or improvement to where he can be the guy who can win us games in spite of the surrounding cast.

We  lost those games because our defense did not give DJ as much support as the Eagles defense gave Wentz against the 49ers. And of course Wentz did something with no names that Jones can't seem to do. However you did not add the word 'yet'. Wentz has been in the same offensive system for five years. With that much experience he does not need to think hard about plays, he can simply react. Our 2nd year Qb  is experiencing this system for the first time, naturally he is not going to be as good at it. He has to think about the plays instead of simply reacting till he gets more experience.

DJ is not Peyton Manning or Aaron Rodgers, but with some support there is no reason why he can't be the next Eli, which is good enough for me.
