ET80
This Sunday, the 0-3 Vikings travel to Houston to face the 0-3 Texans. This game is going to be a comedy of errors, if we're to believe each respective fan base. Here's something interesting in what's bound to be a disaster of a football game - Vikings OC Gary Kubiak and Vikings Defensive Assistant Dom Capers were both former Houston Texans HCs. (Sidenote: This assures me that Bill O'Brien will one day work for the Vikings. Whether it's as a GM or OC, I don't know). Has your team ever faced off against an old HC? What was the outcome? Has there ever been a game where two former HCs coached against their old team?
Wyld Stallyns
Also this week the Colts square off against Bears DC Chuck Pagano who famously overcame leukemia to coach the Colts to an eventual AFC Championship and a participation banner. other then that I’ll have to check out whether we faced the Lions while Jim Caldwell was their HC Lions at Colts 2016 Week 1 Lions 39 - Colts 35
Shanedorf
Mike Holmgren returned to Lambeau as a Seattle head coach 3 times. Won the first, lost the next two including the famous OT game where Matt Hasselbeck uttered: "We want the ball and we're gonna score" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_RFOwmNDfPY

Trentwannabe
Bills vs former HC's off the top of my head: 2016: Bills got swept by the Jets who's OC was Chan Gailey (Bills HC 2010-2012) 2015: @Jacksonville (London) lost 34-31 against Doug Marrone OL Coach (Bills HC 2013-2014) 2015: Bills swept the Jets who's OC was Chan Gailey (Bills HC 2010-2012)
Deadpulse
Patriots havent had a former HC in 20 years sooo I will say that BB has a horrid record against his former underlings. McD beat us in Denver, Flores had the miracle in Miami, Vrabel has had his way with us so far. Belichick is 14-13 as a head coach when facing one of his former assistants/former players. Compare that to his overall 306-140 record and its pretty damning.

Flores and the Phins did get a W in Week 17 last year though

FinSting
At one point Miami' Don Shula beat the Baltimore Colts 19 out of 20 times they played, including 14 in a freaking row.
animaltested
Pete Carroll is 5-1 against the Jets & Patriots. Its just that 1 loss really outweighs the 5 wins.
