Bears working to fill void left by Cohen's injury

First off, they've activated Artavius Pierce, a move which I applaud whole-heartedly:

They're also trying out a bunch of guys. Another rookie, and some vets, including (you guessed it) Lamar Miller:

Which I'm a little confused about. Are they looking to replace Nall? Or looking for a guy with more return ability? Maybe they're thinking Pierce would get a quick hook if he doesn't make an instant impact? (Which, considering Pierce's resume, would be sort of weird). It'll be interesting to see if Nagy, or whoever, sheds some light on all this. And if so, how it's explained.

Maybe if I'm lucky, they're moving Patterson back to WR...

If Nall was ever going to work out it would've happened already.  Miller makes the most sense.

While I've never really bashed Nall, I've never been high on him, either. We've seen very little of him to base anything on. Even last pre-season, he was never featured prominently (if I'm remembering things correctly).

A double switch might be the way to go.
