A meaningless play on defense is better than your 3 qb in a week getting smacked twice. Or at least after the first snack let's not do the same thing again. Clearly jets ain't ready to go home yet. You want to be on the side that's doing the hitting than the one getting hit in that situation. You dont got to explain what happen. I know gase and gregg are dumb. "Oh they should've known self defense to prevent something like that from happening....." No ****. Knowing how to protect yourself would come in handy, but that doesn't excuse coaching a defense to play like that. Like Smith said this has followed Gregg wherever he's gone. He has a track record, so he's not giving him any benefit of the doubt in this situation. I usually like Joe Thomas, but he's just stating the obvious.
