SteelKing728
Green Bay Packers wide receiver Allen Lazard underwent surgery for a core muscle injury this week and is out indefinitely, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter. The Packers could be heading into their Monday Night Football game against the Atlanta Falcons without their two top receivers, as Davante Adams said Thursday he still doesn't know if he'll be available to play. Adams did not play Sunday after missing practice all last week because of a hamstring injury. https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/30018820/green-bay-packers-wr-allen-lazard-misses-practice-core-muscle-injury Looks like MVS might be WR 1 for at least a week. How will this impact Green Bay's offense?

How will this impact Green Bay's offense? not great news but they should be ok. if it makes gb fans feel better, thefalcons d is pretty bad to start wityh and they are starting to see injuries pile up on top of that.
Pugger
If Adams doesn't play our RBs and TEs have to come up big in the passing game Monday night.

Atlanta will be without 4/5 starters at DB, which was a below average unit when healthy. Start every Green Bay player you have in fantasy leagues. 3rivers
from what I have seen , atlanta are suffering in the secondary. This game might be close, but Rodgers at home should still yield points vs the falcons defence. The question is, can BG slow down the falcons offence enough to get the win? Admittedly that was before this season and Lazard and MVS look better so if we had everyone it would be a good unit now. Not sure what receivers would be usable in fantasy - outside of MVS they are all basically practice squad guys. Tight Ends should get a lot of action but will probably be spread amongst them. Last week GB TEs had 9-104-2 which is terrific production from the position, but split 3 ways that makes them all "in case of emergency break glass" (not to mention I don't know that I'd bank on that level of production continuing, or at least doing so in any sort of consistent manner). I'd imagine not people own any Packers besides Rodgers, Jones, Adams, Lazzard, or MVS. The post was mainly about MVS and Rodgers (for those teams who own a pair of QBs). I think MVS will put up 20+ in a PPR league tonight.
