Pastor Dillon
Season is on the line for both teams. Loser is nearly eliminated from the post season and the winner is still hanging on by a thread. the Texans have faced really good competition and have played some solid quarters of football, but have fell apart in big moments. the biggest weakness on the Texans has been 2nd half defense and particularly stopping the run in the 4th quarter. It’s easy to forget that in week 1 a missed FG flipped the game from 14-10 at half to 17-7. Against the ravens the defense held up extremely well until the ravens just dominated the ball in the run game about the last 20 minutes of the game. Week 3, was much the same, the team had a late lead and couldn’t get off the field. the keys to winning this game: 1. get off the field on defense and possess the ball on offense. A defense simply doesn’t have the juice in the 4th quarter to get a big stop when the offense is going 3 and out on a regular basis 2. get a turnover. I believe we are the only team in the league that has forced 0 turnovers through 3 weeks. We need to get 2 against the vikings 3. pass protect the QB. Watson is on the verge of being David Carr’ed. He’s rushing throws he doesn’t need to rush, missing open big plays. All because in the back of his mind, he knows the offensive line doesn’t have his back. 4 win the time of possession battle week 1 we lost by 10 minutes, week 2 we lost by 10 minutes, week 3 we lost by nearly 14 minutes. Think about that, a 7 point game in which we lost the TOP by 14 minutes! A few more 1st downs and we win that game I put the 0-3 start squarely on the shoulders of our offense. They have not helped out the defense at all. We all knew the defense would struggle this season but they have been good enough to win the last 2 games if our offense was living up to expectations, especially the Steelers game. The Vikings have had a stressful week with all the COVID stuff. Assuming we do play like is currently planned, I think we take care of business and win 34-27
Uncle Buck
Watson shouldn't have to worry too much about the Vikings pass rush this week. Ngakoue can do some damage, but other than him, we mainly have a few promising JAGs. Keep Watson on the other side of the field and he should feast on our defense inexperienced CBs. On our side of the ball, we have a pair of revolving doors for offensive guards, so the thought of them trying to block JJ Watt is terrifying. Watt should have 3+ sacks. If we can keep him from being draped over the back of Kirk Cousins all day, we do have some decent offensive weapons in Cook, Thielen, Jefferson, and a couple of decent TEs. I expect the Texans to win this game, but it could be a pretty entertaining contest.

WTF was the goal prior to this???

Just feels like a "Pfffft, I wasn't really trying until now" that a kid would do when losing in a video game. Honestly. Probably saw the rest of the schedule and figured it was a way to win fans + ownership back on his side. Drained
No way I see us digging out of the 0-3 hole. Packers and Titans playing well (at least much better than us), Vikings aren't playing the best, possible win, I see us winning against JAX. 2-5 going into bye. Texansfan713
Of course the first offensive series is a 3 and out.

ET80
This is a disaster of a season. I don't know why I bother.
