Because the majority of the guys on this team have lost 19 of 20 games and your kick has missed 3 consecutive easy FGs. You don't win football games settling for 3. The team needs a moment swing that only comes with taking the lead and winning. They don't need another ho-hom we tied it now we have to sweet bullets for the next quarter and cling to life.
