I agree with most of what you are saying, and I am willing to admit I was wrong on some things.  However, by narrative, I mean more-so amongst fans.  The NFL knows they messed up having the Titans play.  That is narrative I'm referring to that has been forgotten.  But maybe that's a stretch on my end too, and I'll admit I was wrong on that.

But you are right that the Titans should be punished.  I don't disagree with that.  And Titans, when they are allowed back, have got to do better.

Got you. I took it to mean the shield.

No revenue in forfets.

No fans and no stadium event competition basically, so they can re-schedule the games weekly.

Looks like literally nothing is going to happen to the Titans....

I think a fine is still coming.  May be slightly less than $100M though.

goodell needs to recoup some lost wages for himself , the $100M should cover him for this year + expenses and public appearances

Who knows what the fine may be. It may even be...

how about  no fines, just scare tactics so the league looks like they are doing their part. In reality, they don't really care, get the games on and get the $ from the TV networks.

So in the end how many players were infected with COVID? Looking forward that may be great news for them. I feel teams that have more immune starters by the time the playoff arrives will be in a big advantage.

Too bad immunity isn’t a thing. But that’s not a discussion for this thread.

For the purpose of the superbowl timeline only it is. Anyways,  5 cases of reinfection out of 42 millions.
