onejayhawk
Niang was not just an injury risk, he was still injured on draft day. Indeed, he was not ready by training camp. It looks like Schwartz likely will be. So, Niang and Schwartz for the real team. J
RedGold
Well my point, Niang was also injured for the majority of the year prior to us drafting him.. and sat at for covid as well. I don't think either are an actual injury risk, was just pointing out if you feel that way about Little, the same could be said for Niang. I think both injuries are non factors. Niang is already on board. I hope his injury does become a "non-factor". But long term his injury will always "hang out there." Little on the other hand is a big question mark. Can he even practice? Could he even contribute, if needed this year?

This is a long winded way of saying, I don't trust the medics to get it right. We already know he can practice and we have a chance to test for lingering issues. As to contributing, given his experience level, that would be an issue regardless of the injury. Discount his status whatever the docs think is appropriate and trust your evals. Please don't put words in my mouth. I can trust the medics and still realize each body is different and can respond to treatment differently. That said, I could take him as a second OT and give him the opportunity to prove himself. Edited February 28, 2021 by mayanfootball

onejayhawk
Shoot whoever drew up the big board. If you swap Hudson and Little, it makes a lot more sense. Even then, you miss both the 5th round picks. J Edited March 1, 2021 by onejayhawk

Needs a little help first tho. Again. Little has medical issues that drag him down a bit.
onejayhawk
It's that Huson's a 3rd/4th round type and Little is potentially a 1st round type. J

J Key word "potentially". You think he's a 1st.rd. pick. "Thedraftnetwork" thinks he's a 4th.rd. pick. Hudson is listed as a 2nd.rd. pick. The difference is possibly due to health concerns.
