Watson is going to get to LeBron the situation. Maybe I'm being overly optimistic, but I think we'll bring in the right guys this time. There's more talk that Raheem Morris might get the job in Atlanta too - so that's probably the only job that is in line with the Texans job. Usually when you get a HC job, the first priority is getting the QB situation figured out. We have a top 5 QB already in place locked in for the next 4 years so that should automatically vault us up to the top destination for any new head coaches.

The next thing is to protect him - and the team had their bookend T for the next 10 years with Tunsil and Howard. The offense can be improved, but you can compete with what we have. Defensively, there's a lot of work to be done.

You can argue interior offensive line is a mess but honestly with better coaching I think that’s gonna be fine.
Pastor Dillon
Watson is easily making the Texans the premiere head coaching job this off season. We should easily have our choice of candidates.
Drained
Crennel is 4-3. Not saying I want him back but he hasn't been as horrendous as he has been in the past.

Drained
1 hour ago, Pastor Dillon said: we should be 6-1 with him though..... I agree. One of those games we lost cause of a stupid fluke run (Titans), a TD ruled where only one foot was down (Titans) and dumb OT rules no one likes (Titans) and the other one was cause we had to rely on the run and it was ineffective (Browns), and it wasnt cause the Browns were stopping our pass so we had to abandon it but weather conditions. We'd be 6-5 rn realistically but we're not sadly. We can still make the playoffs somehow but I dont see it happening, the best possible scenario now is 7-9 or 8-8 so a future HC candidate sees we can be playoff contenders next year Edited November 27, 2020 by Drained
