So Gase literally just said yesterday that Perine can’t be thrown in their. And 24hrs later we cut our starting RB to start a 37yr old RB who’s done nothing. rickyt31 Posted October 14, 2020 Share Posted October 14, 2020 God, I hate Gase. I hate this move, but I understand it for JD. Since gase doesn't know how to use him, we had to get rid of him. If he would have gotten hurt, we would owe him $8.5M next season. We didn't make him look good and teams knew we were going to release him if they couldn't get a trade. So they waited.
