This and Soundgarden's "Black Hole Sun" defined my freshman year in HS. Just listening to this takes me back, WAY back.

I needed this for this month.

This is exactly what I was listening to just now. This very video link even I'm pretty sure lol

You may take that back when you see some of my musical choices lol

If it's anything like STP, we're on the exact same wavelength. I'm also versatile, so you can throw out some Knife Party, NWA, Madonna...

I'm down.

Sidenote - I'm thinking about every time I lock a thread, I want to share music. You down to do that in Gen?

I run mostly the gamut in some form of punk / emo / screamo / post hardcore / ska type of gamut and then a lot of 90s alt and britpop (Oasis was my favorite band growing up) maybe some folkie stuff every now and again, but not often. You won't see me doing a lot of R & B or hip hop or country .

And yes, 100% I'm down with that lol

Yeah, so we're not on a similar wavelength - this being said, I'm pretty eclectic with my choices. I'm big on 80s New Wave, 80s Rock, 90s Rap, 90s Metal - I even had a run with a lot of that 90/00s EuroTechno stuff.

Being in Texas, I don't mind country, but the extent of that is ZZ Top (which is more Texas Rock, but I digress) and George Strait...

Could never do the country thing. I don't know if it was burn out from my family or what. That's what they listened to...was just never my bag. I started with the rock thing...first concerts I ever attended were Nine Inch Nails and Bush. First actual CD I ever bought was Offspring's Smash (admittedly it was purchased with a copy of The Cranberries' "no need to argue", but that's not a portion of the story I tell often).
