I don't think Lawrence's decision is based on if the Jets stop losing by 20 points and only lose by 7. He's either coming out or he's not. I do agree we need to see the young guys but that starts with getting Mims on the field and getting Sam back next week. Herndon showed a lot of promise his rookie season. What has changed? Keeping Gase only makes things worse. Not only will the blow outs continue, the media bashing, the constant Gase questioning, the Organization continues to look stupid, Bell & Adams look better for leaving, and so much more. Let them go now, the bashing lightens up and the questions about where we are heading come up. A new voice may or may not help, but we will be able to move forward. It shows the organization is willing to try something. People already think the Johnsons don't care. It's going to get worse.
