hrubes20
That is some serious bullcrap there by Turner. Also, I only watched about 15 minutes of the entire WS. This year just wasn't a real season.

After being in the bubble with all of them including a team dinner Monday night before game 6 he could have spread it then too. Plus a false positive is still possible. We'll see what comes of it though. No sense in downplaying this. If anything, MLB is thanking their lucky stars that the Dodgers won. Had Turner tested positive with all of that contact and then the Rays somehow come back to win Game 6, you could have been looking at having Game 7 of the WS with teams having numerous guys out, or more likely having to postpone the thing with completely throws off the competitive balance given how important resting pitchers is in a 7 game series. Obviously, some of the contact only happened because the Dodgers won, but Justin Turner effed up pretty big here, and he's lucky that there wasn't a ton of collateral damage to the World Series on top of the extra health risks. agarcia34
Must have watched that last strike by Urias at last 100 times and it doesn't get old. Regarding the Justin Turner situation I can get why he did what he did. He's been apart of those Dodgers teams that came up short the past 4 years been through the heart break and you have to understand the human part of this and finally reaching your goal and to want to be out there and celebrate with your guys. Shouldn't have taken off his mask and should have kept a distance. Not saying what he did was right, but I can understand why he did it.
