Let's talk QB's in here.

First question I have for everyone is how legit of an NFL prospect is Zach Wilson?

I need to see more but I like some of what I see. Then again I can’t evaluate QBs as evidenced by my track record so don’t listen to me.

My QB evaluations have been hit or miss over the years. I loved Josh Rosen but hated Josh Allen, lol.

Still have to watch more but my QB rankings right now.

1. Trevor Lawrence | Jr. | Clemson - Top 3 grade

2. Justin Fields | Jr. | Ohio State - Top 10 grade

3. Trey Lance | RS So. | North Dakota State - Late 1st round grade

4. Kyle Trask | Sr. | Florida - Late 2nd round grade

5. Zach Wilson | Jr. | BYU - 3rd round grade

I've only really watched the big 3 QB prospects.  I would rank them in this order:

1. Trey Lance (North Dakota St.) - Top 5 grade

2. Trevor Lawrence (Clemson) - Top 5 grade

3. Justin Fields (Ohio St.) - 2nd round grade

I really like Trey Lance.  I think Trevor Lawrence is too talented to fail.  And I'm lukewarm on Justin Fields.

You don't sound like you're alone.

This surprised me a bit, not gonna lie.

Lawrence already is but does Fields have a chance to be the best Qb prospect since Jameis with another year of progression?

Jameis was never a great QB prospect. Neither him nor Mariota panned out, but Mariota should've been the #1 pick. Winston had physical tools but his mental game was absolutely atrocious.

I've heard several people now say in a normal year (without Lawrence), Fields or Lance would be viewed as great top of the draft/top prize QB options.

We'll see how Fields looks this year but it seems like a good year to be in the QB market at the top.
