JQ1
LaFleur is still learning how to be a head coach. I think he's improved from last year, and he'll continue to do so. It's just that in real time the learning curve isn't this linear upward trajectory. Edited October 21, 2020 by JQ1

His personality seems like it would fit perfectly with Rodgers. Did the Packers make the mistake of going with Matt Lafleur? I think Arians had specific teams he was willing to coach for and Tampa Bay was one of them...

MacReady
I personally can’t judge LaFleur until he gets his DC and his QB. What I can say is that of all the hires and all the candidates available that year, there isn’t one I would rather have had, and there isn’t one who would have done better with what LaFleur has. It’s also hard to judge him based on Pettine. If he has the power to make a move there and he doesn’t, I will absolutely judge him for it. His defense has been inexcusably bad against average or better offenses.

If GB doesn't go 20-0 every season* they might as well fire everyone and start over. * I know it should be 19-0, but GB should be so good the beat up on a wild card team just for funsies. ReadyToThump
I still find it hard to believe the Packers went 13-3 last year and made it to the NFCCG last year lol
