Tannehill is absolutely a good QB but so much of his success is based on a running threat and play action. I don't think he'll be bad without it but being one dimensional on offense is going to hurt IC. Also, the one huge positive for IC, their WR group, is going to be somewhat neutralized by the very good NO secondary.
