Week 8 Gameday Thread: Ravens vs. Steelers

Well.

We shouldn't win when Lamar plays that bad.

Still, it stings when it feels the zebras gave a lot of calls the Steelers way. In the end, our coaching staff and players need to step up. This passing game is atrocious, decisions are bad and we can't win against better opponents.

We beat ourselves more than anything.  Its damn hard to win when you give up 4 TOs and all those defensive penalties

Ravens clearly the better team. We gave this game away and the Refs helped them keep it.

It's on us. Execution after bye just wasn't acceptable, and it's beyond debate at this point imo- Roman needs to go.

I mean, we clearly aren’t the better team. We win this game by 3 TDs if we are.

That may be true. But if we beat ourselves and lost fairly, sure thing. But an injury TO isn’t called when the opponents lineup and snap it. The refs called that TO, not the Steelers. Which means it should’ve been a TO after the play was downed with 18 or so seconds. You can’t call a TO for the Steelers AND punish the Ravens time.

Still, we would’ve had another TO if not for the waste challenge for the Hollywood play. I won’t blame Harbaugh too much for that gamble, but it wasn’t a good gamble to take.

Either way, the refs gifted Steelers yards on offense by calling the game uneven to the first 3 quarters, which is whatever. But then to make THAT call... that’s refs.

I want answers on this and nobody on tv is talking about it. We had Gene Starator (sp?) say that time should be added.
