They have no bread and butter plays to steady the ship and it's week 8. They had too many days off this week and the defense is playing undisciplined I get the injuries but come on Completely agree. There's no way I blame injuries on this level of play. Our offense has plenty of talent and high round picks. To have no identity is simply unacceptable
thebestever6
How's the run game this bad all we did was spend money and premium picks to upgrade it and they get no push on running plays. We also added an upgrade at 8 million where is it???
thebestever6
We get all excited for football every week for this piss poor effort.
lomaxgrUK
What is Drew doing here? Shook. Totally shook.
thebestever6
I think we over react about Drew though like how ridiculous is to ask a guy to lead the team to 30 or more three straight weeks to win? He's not even played a full season of games. That's not a winning formula

I'm shocked how much he's regressed. I wish I had all 22 though Hindsight its a bit easier to understand. The Shannahan system that Scangs brought over is all about the outside zone run, misdirection and play action, creating easy 1-2 reads for the QB. Lock has arm talent and when he's thinking less, he can be successful. We never should have fired him and stunted this offenses growth.
BroncoBruin
Defensively, there’s just really nothing Vic can do. Soft up front vs. the run, liabilities at corner, can’t rush without blitzing. At best you either get some turnovers by chance or just die by paper cuts, which is what we’re seeing now.

If you look in the NFL draft thread, Zach Wilson does the exact same thing. Steps into pressure vs staying in a clean pocket.

Completely agree he's young and he reminds me of Tannehill he needs a strong run game to have that play action as a crutch without it he's doomed. Can he become more maybe it doesn't happen overnight
grizmo78
Jeudy needs to get stronger across the board. He has been playing well but I can't help but feel nervous every time he's targeted. Whether it's bobbling catches, fumbles out of bonds, etc.
Broncofan
This is a horrible game plan. ATL's run D is the strongest part of their game on D, yet it's run run pass again. SMH. I don’t care if he and Vic didn’t get along, you’re adults, you’re professionals, figure it the heck out. If we had a real owner, that wouldn’t be an issue. The Scags hire, TBH, was a tacit admission by Elway/Ellis/Russell that ever should have hired Kyle instead of Vance. Also worth remembering they wanted Kubes to be OC but Elway & Co didn’t want the assistants Kubes wanted to being with him. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, Vic is a DC masquerading as a HC.
thebestever6
This is the most talent I've seen in an offseason added to an offense where I saw it regressed. I wasn't expecting michelangelo but they guy worse but did nothing but add. Main change was Shurmer. I can't recall anything like this
