I mean that’s not exactly how it works. It’s too small of a sample size to perfectly correlate. More works of there’s a 20% chance that the positive test is actually negative. They just want to be able to say they did everything right on paper, then pass the buck to the teams/players and blame them when they don't follow them without any threat of enforcement.
