Yes and no. What you have to do with Brady is put him on the ground. Play after play. Sack or not. Pound him and his passes go left when they should have gone right.

Quick passes. If you give cushion underneath, he will pass before your pass rush touch his shirt

Yes. If he was still in New England - that would be true. Tampa / Arians is more of a chuck it deep team.
Even still - his greatest losses when with New England came against teams that pounded him just like mentioned.

They didn’t chuck it deep against us. All are quick short passes..

Nobody does anything all of the time.

ESPN - Some critics have suggested that Arians' system doesn't work for Brady, who relied more on a quick passing game with the Patriots. When asked what he'd say to those who think this offense doesn't fit Brady and what he does best, Arians said, "He can do anything. So it's not like he can't do it. I see him do it all the time. He was doing it in September, so it hasn't changed.  The deep ball has been a particular challenge for Brady in recent weeks, and the coaching staff has discussed altering the plays called. In Weeks 1-7, Brady completed 43% of his passes of 20 or more air yards (16-of-37). But in Weeks 8-11, Brady has completed just 5.3% of those passes (1-of-19). Against the Rams, Brady went 0-for-6 on such passes.

////

It's a difference in scheme between a McDaniels and Arians offense - plus - its personnel. Brady doesnt currently have a RB skilled as a receiver. NE always had one to supplement the road grader. Brady doesnt have an Edlemann. The guy who does nothing but run quick outs or curls or drag routes (although I think AB is gonna take on much of that role). With NE Brady was always a league leader in pass release speed. Its how you keep an older statue healthy: get the ball out of his hands - but again (and with caution about the effect it could have on Kepler) its not rocket science that if you pound a QB - any QB - repeatedly, his passing accuracy goes south. Its worked multiple times againt Brady. It was the NY Giants best method of defeating NE. They had the horses up front - they brought it - and Brady would go flying. It was borderline on getting a flag thrown....sometimes probably did.....but it worked. Can we do it? Scheme aside do we have the personnel? Thats questionable.

Add on edit: it hasnt helped Brady that the Bucs OL has taken some hits in recent weeks. The LAR took specific advantage of the holes in that line on Monday night.
