I don’t think Doug necessarily gets fired, but if they strip playcalling from him he might walk (ask to be let go). Best case for us would be we hire someone to do playcalling and they are great at it then we fire Doug so that coach won’t leave...which isn’t something I’d want to deal with if I was in Doug’s shoes. either. They've never really did anything... What they make the playoffs like once in last 25 years? Not 100% on that but I can't even remember the once if there was one lol Was 5 in last 25 years.
