Sign a free agent.  Even a scrub.  But secure a backup at least.

Guys same thing every week.  Offense starts slow, defense starts slow.  They can't seem to get this fixed.

Like who? It’s week 10 and that guy has to learn the playbook, be in shape and br ready to go. Highly unlikely

That’s bc we don’t have Kirk Cousins, DJax, Garcon, Crowder & Jordan Reed. All players that McCloughan inherited from Bruce & Shanahan except for Crowder by the way...

The attitude of the team was different. I never said Scot did a tremendous job building the team but the team felt different. He brought something different to the building and the team played like they wanted to win. Maybe we’ll get there with Rivera but this just feels like last years team.

Yes, bc of the passing game. Garcon, DJax & Reed were dogs! We knew no one could stop out passing game. TWill setting the tone on the OL. That’s why.

Exactly, the Chase Young haters won’t acknowledge that though.

I've been saying for quite a while that teams would be best to go tempo, short passes designed to get a rhythm going.  It prevents us from substituting players, and the quick passes will force the team not to add any pressure blitzing, as well as not having a real chance to get to the QB.  With Burrow's arm strength, he can get the ball downfield to a guy like Higgins from shotgun on a long drop and won't get touched.

It is quite easy to negate even a great pass-rush (with an average defense at other positions) with a good QB.

It was Snyder finally getting a GM be in charge for once.

And what a catch by Terry

Obviously there aren't a lot of well regarded players available, but there are unlimited bodies available at all time.  There are tons of players we could be signing off other teams' practice squads.  Tons.  Then there are guys like cordy glenn.

Yeah, like the guys we have...

Cordy Glenn and Donald Penn would fall into the category of, are they in shape and they need to learn the offense w/in a week.
