That’s what we need to do. man as bad as our roster seems, with good coaching we could be 5-5 or maybe even 6-4 right now. someone can lead this team to the playoffs next year. Don't need to say anything about Watson who is impossible to defend, so how about something that won't get the praise it deserves; Weaver had had enough, clearly, and came in with a very effective run stopping plan. I'm not sure exactly how, but you took the interior ground and pound away from us. If you notice all of Harris' good gains came when he bounced it outside and picked up a few more yards. Clearly HOU were throwing a lot at the middle, which is smart because we've been straight gashing teams up the middle. You made the team who are #1 in average yards per run abandon the run.....this is a team that bullied Baltimore up the middle and carried Patrick Queen up the field with them.
